Be who you say you are
Profiles must represent a real person, business or brand you are authorised to represent. Impersonation, parody accounts posing as real entities and fake social accounts are removed.
Bid honestly
Do not coordinate with others to manipulate leaderboards, bid from multiple accounts you control, or use stolen payment methods. Suspicious bidding is reviewed by our team and may lead to bids being removed and accounts suspended.
Keep it appropriate
No hate speech, harassment, sexual content, violence or illegal activity in bios, images, usernames or linked accounts.
Sponsored means sponsored
Never present a sponsored position as an award, certification or objective ranking of quality in your own marketing. Positions are clearly labelled “Sponsored” everywhere on the Platform; keep that honesty off-platform too.
Report problems
Use the Report button on any profile to flag fake accounts, impersonation, spam, fraud or misleading information. Reports are reviewed by moderators; abusing reports is itself a violation.
