Data Deletion

Delete your account yourself, any time

You're always in control of your data. Sign in, go to Dashboard → Settings, and choose Delete Account. This takes effect immediately — no waiting period, no support ticket required.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile — display name, bio, avatar, cover photo, category and location.
• Every social account you added or connected, including follower counts and any views figures you entered.
• Your public profile page, which is removed and stops appearing in rankings, Discover and search immediately.
• Notifications, saved profiles, messages and notification preferences.

What we keep, and why

Payment and wallet ledger records (transaction IDs, amounts, status) are retained after account deletion where required by tax and financial-recordkeeping law — the same records described in our Privacy Policy. These records aren't linked back to a visible profile or usable to identify you on the platform once your account is gone.

Signed up with Google or another provider?

Deleting your account here removes everything RankMySocialMedia stored about you. It does not touch your Google (or other provider) account itself — to revoke RankMySocialMedia's access there, remove it from that provider's own connected-apps settings.

Can't sign in?

If you've lost access to your account, email support@rankmysocialmedia.com from the address on the account (or with enough detail to verify it's yours) and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
